GRYM™ — A LIMITED RUN LABEL

We make a little, we make it once, and then we move on.

01 — WhyAgainst the calendar. Against the restock. Against the warehouse full of last season.

GRYM started as an argument with the way clothes get made. Too much of everything, made twice, marked down, landfilled. So we set a rule and we've never broken it: one run, numbered, then gone.

Each drop is a single idea worked until it's right, produced in a count we can stand behind, and released at one moment. No catalogue. No core line. No mid-season sale. If you missed it, you missed it — and the next thing will be different anyway.

02 — How120 of each piece. Numbered on the box and on the garment. Held for ten minutes at checkout, then released.

A run of 120 is small enough to mean something and big enough to get a piece to the people who actually want it. We number every unit by hand, because a number you can point to is the whole difference between a thing you own and a thing everyone owns.

We work with two factories — footwear in the Marche, cut-and-sew in Portugal — and we don't grow the numbers to chase demand. Demand is the point.

03 — WhoTwo people, a shared studio, a long list of favours. No account managers. No growth team.

GRYM is small on purpose. We design it, we shoot it, we pack it, and on drop day we answer the emails ourselves. You're talking to the people who made the thing — which means the answers are honest, even the ones you won't like.

We're not for sale and we're not scaling. We're a workshop with an opinion about grey.

Scarcity isn't a tactic.
It's the whole idea.
— GRYM, founding note

HOW A DROP
WORKS

Four steps, no fine print. The same every time, so nobody's confused at 18:00.
01The make

We make a little

One idea, sampled until it's right, then produced in a run of 120 — numbered on the box and the piece itself. That's the whole stock. There is no back room.

02The signal

We announce once

One date, one time, sent to drop-alert subscribers and posted nowhere twice. No teasers for weeks, no countdown spam — just the time and the piece.

03The open

The cart opens

At 18:00 CET it goes live. Stock counts down on screen as it sells. First come, first served — no raffle, no pre-order, no priority list to buy onto.

04The close

Then it's done

When the counter hits zero the run is closed for good. We don't restock, we don't reissue, and we don't make the next one look like the last. Onto the next.

If it's still there tomorrow, we made too many.
